We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff responded quickly and kindly accommodated our change in dates without any extra charges. They even offered us a complimentary breakfast on the first day. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in the center of the market next to the metro and only a few stops away from the main attractions in the Sultanhamet neighborhood. The staff were polite and helpful, providing us with local guidance and arranging a cruise trip for us. The room size was spacious and easily accommodated our eight large luggages and baby stroller.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, as it is within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and other major attractions. there are plenty of grocery shops and shopping outlets nearby, making it convenient for tourists.
The non-smoking policy in the hotel is not strictly enforced, and some rooms may still have a lingering smell of smoke.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my entire stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly faces and a warm welcome. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and I was even upgraded to a higher category for free! The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the spacious and cozy room, to the well-maintained and modern amenities. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the tram and a variety of shops and attractions nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my time here.
This hotel is highly recommended for everyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kenan at night shift. The breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of options. The hotel and rooms werevery comfy and tidy. The location was great, close to metro lines and the Grand Bazaar.

the staff quickly resolved the issue and were great too make sure we were comfortable. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view. The attentive and helpful nature of the staff really made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and willingness to accommodate guests.
